Indeed. I watched it for a short while, then the budget animation got old. I've never read the manga, though.

The issue was the anime was over fillered and under ploted. Alot of people just thought it was kinda floating along from place to place. Now the manga, has a steady stream story, you dont jump around to a million places and times and theres contants such as villans and characters. The Manga is definatly better than the anime.
