is it eillegal to detain someone for giving a tollbooth operator anything higher than a 20$ bill?

well, seeing as you would be holding up a highway, i could understand it being illegal. if they made a specific lane for it, however, it would be better.

i found out that its illegal for them to hold you for givving them a big bill, so you arnt breaking the law they are, and the high way department just doent like working with big bills.

THEY CAN SHOVE IT RIGHT UP THEIR, any way i dont agree with the highway department or the toll booth operators detaining people who give them money that they have just to get to work!!!!
